BARREL LEAK TESTING
Project Procedure
- Barrel is mounting on roller support horizontally.
- One side of barrel is fixed and another side is clamping by pneumatic mechanism.
- Sliding mechanism will be done with the help by LM rail and lead screw for variable job .
- We provide welding testing mechanism including pneumatic cylinder and roller which is providing define force on testing area(lead Joint).
- We are giving air pressure from the barrel cap up to define pressure then we gives revolving action up to one revolution to the barrel with help of gearbox motor arrangement.c
- Pressure switch indicator shows the inside pressure from barrel and after one revolution if there is pressure drop alarm indicates failure in testing.
