The End Forming and Round Automation Process

  • END FORMING AND ROUND AUTOMATION has an adjustable walking beam is used to slide the band into the punching station. The punching station is equipped with a hydro-pneumatic cylinder, where the right side is fixed with a T-nut. A force of 4.8 tonnes is applied for punching.
